| Intensive 1 and 2 week treatment programs |
Soldier Center provides 1 and 2 week intensive treatments for soldiers and veterans. A soldier recently treated for his first combat memory stated after treatment "I am home now!" He has been back 5 years but could only make that statement after treatment. At Soldier Center we provide an evidenced-base accelerated treatment program for 1 and 2 weeks which allows soldiers/veterans to reclaim their lives as they get over what has happened down range. We also provide a 2-day spouse program which includes a workshop on understanding of what causes the symptoms as well as support for the entire family once the soldier is treated. As a private treatment center we can provide immediate treatment without drawn-out appointments. Dr. E. C. Hurley, Ph.D, is a retired soldier who believes soldiers and families deserve timely, efficient treatment.
Soldiers and veterans are referred to us for intensive treatment which allows them to reclaim a significant part of their lives after a couple weeks treatment.

| Family treatment component |
Family members are invited for a 3-day program for spouse and children with the goal of integrating into the benefits of the soldier/veteran's treatment at Soldier Center. They have the options for psychoeducation programs to understand the symptoms of PTSD as well as individual and family therapy. Then children have the option of their own therapy as does the spouse in coping with the PTSD symptoms of their family member. Additionally, integrative family therapy if provided to assist the family resolving issues and devlop hope for their future. Our goal for the family is to assist family members to have an understanding of the impact of combat trauma, as well as an understanding of the soldier/vet after treatment, and and intergration of each person as they develop into a functioning family system. Our environment honors the servicemeber and family for their service to our nation while assisting them in reclaiming their lives with a definite hope for the future.
